Devices Campaign Analytics

It is possible to consult a list of all the devices impacted during a campaign and their information. This data is available only for download and can be used for analysis or to create segmentation and reuse in DR1.

The number of columns to be displayed in the document will vary according to the type of campaign executed; this is because, depending on the type of notification used, more or less status will be displayed.

The state flows for the different types of notifications are as follows:

Therefore, the columns that the user will be able to consult in the document will be the following:

  • Client ID: ID that identifies the users' device (deviceId or google_gaid)
  • Phone Number: phone number collected from the device by the SDK
  • Device model: model of the device
  • O.S Type: mobile operating system of the device
  • Source Package: source of the app information
  • Ad Delivery Date: date of push/inapp notification delivery to user's device
  • Ad Delivery time: time of push/inapp notification delivery to user's device
  • Push Displayed: push notification print status
  • Push Dissmissed: push notification dismissed status
  • Inapp Displayed: inapp notification print status
  • Inapp Displayed Time: time of inapp notification displayed to user's device
  • Inapp Video Watched: inapp notification video watched status
  • Video View Percentage: percentage of video viewed by the user
  • Inapp CTA Clicked: inapp Notification CTA Click log
  • CTA Action Success: success in the action performed after clicking on the CTA
  • Inapp Dissmissed: inapp notification dismissed status
  • Inapp Setting Clicked: click on the settings button status
  • Optout Requested from Inapp: inapp Notifications Optout Request status
  • Insertion Orde: number of the contract signed by the client who requested this campaign. For internal control only. This column will only be downloaded in the csv if it was previously configured in the campaign.
  • Campaign Name: name given to the campaign. Assigned by the client

Download

The download of the analytics report is enabled for campaigns with "Completed" status, the user must go to the analytics view and click on the "Export devices" button located in the upper right corner; after that, a modal will open in which the user can select the columns to download in the file. Finally, the user will receive a notification and upon clicking on it, the file download will start automatically.

It is important to remember that the file link will only be valid for downloading once, after that, a message will be displayed that the link has expired and a new file must be generated.
