Images and videos size limitation on campaign creation

When building Video Data Rewards campaigns, there are some limitations on the size of the files placed in the campaigns:

1. When input a URL for video and image, only Secured URLs (https only) are allowed
2. On this section, only supported file types: video file types in video section and image file types in thumbnail section
3. Only URLs with source video of size 2MB or less and source image of size 500kb or less

This last rule is applicable for video and image input as well: the maximum video size allowed is 2MB and for images the limit is 500 kb
