Campaign Analytics

The campaign analytics provide valuable information and insights into the results of your campaign. It offers a comprehensive overview of the actions performed by users, allowing you to track and measure the effectiveness of your campaign.

The campaign details section provides specific information to give you a comprehensive understanding of your campaign's setup and execution. This information on the header of the screen will not change during campaign execution.

Each box in the campaign analytics reflects the following information:

  • Target Users: This refers to the intended audience or target group for the campaign. It represents the number of users who were identified as potential recipients of the campaign's message or content.
  • Delivered: This indicates the number of users to whom the campaign message was successfully delivered.
  • Undelivered: This represents the users to whom the campaign message was not successfully delivered. There could be various reasons for non-delivery, such as incorrect contact information, inactive accounts, or technical issues.
  • OK: This represents the users who responded positively to the campaign message. They may have accepted an offer, confirmed participation, or indicated their agreement or approval in some way.
  • Cancel/Back: This category includes users who actively canceled or rejected the campaign message or chose to navigate back without taking any action. They may have opted out, declined the offer, or expressed disinterest in the campaign.
  • Not Supported: This indicates users whose devices, or systems do not support the campaign message format or delivery method. They are unable to receive or interact with the message due to compatibility issues.
  • No Action: This refers to the users who received the campaign message but did not take any action in response. They neither accepted nor rejected the message or its associated call-to-action.
  • No Action Unique Users: Taking into account the retries of the Pop-Up. Here you will be able to see those MSISDNs that responded NO ACTION at least 1 time, without repeating themselves. If the MSISDN responded with some other statistic, like “OK” for example, it will not be counted here
  • No Reply: Devices on which we do not receive any information after sending the campaign are counted here.

Target

At the end of the view, you will find a table containing user information and device details for those included in the campaign, along with the type of response obtained from each user.

This table allows you to download the relevant information or select the data at your convenience. Subsequently, you can use this user database for analysis purposes or create a new campaign.

The table provides valuable insights into user behavior and preferences based on their responses to the campaign.
