How to Create a Survey Campaign?

Through our Portal you can also send Surveys to your audience asking specific questions or probing their opinion on any topic.
This is a fantastic tool if you need to get quick feedback from your customers to test their impressions over a marketing campaign, check on a product acceptance, better understand your user base profile or simply gather insight to improve your brand position and the focus of your next communication initiatives.

To create and send a Survey campaign all you need to do is:

1: Create your Survey.

First you need to go into the "Survey" section in the campaign manager and create your custom Survey.

Then you can add up to 10 questions. These questions can be asked in these different formats: Open Anwer (text), Single Selection (select one or dropdown), Multiple Selection (checkbox) or Range Selection (slider). Select the type of question in the "Input type" dropdown.

You also have the option to use the Conditional Path (available only for: Dropdown and Select One formats) and Randomize Order of Alternatives (available only for: Select One, Checkbox and Dropdown formats)

You can select the Conditional Path option to define the next question based on the previous answer, such as the example below:

Randomize Order of the Alternatives:

Sometimes, survey respondents get influenced by the order of the alternatives in a question. To avoid your results to be biased we recommend, whenever possible, to make this order random. This function allows each user to see the order of the alternatives in a different randomized fashion, such as the example below:

2: Create Your Survey Campaign:

Now that you have created your Survey, you need to create your Survey Campaign and include your Survey in it.

To do this you need to click to click on "Campaign Management" on the Digital Reef portal and then on "Create Campaign"

In the campaign creation flow you need to select "Send Survey" as the Campaign Objective.

Then select the campaign formats (Push / Inapp) and insert the assets for your campaign.

After that you are taken to the Survey page to select the survey you have just created and confirm it.

Finally, select the scheduling, audience and metrics options and finish the campaign creation.

Onde the campaign is reviewed and approved, it is made active and sent.
