How to Change Settings of Your Portal?

The settings of all the tools in your portal depend upon your company (organization) but they can be edited provided you have admin permissions. Once you changes these settings, they will be the same for every user within your organization and for every campaign they create.
- To do that you need to access the Organization Settings item under the Admin dropdown in the bottom left corner of your screen.
- Here is a brief description of each editable field in this section:

Partial Image Max Size(in KB) | The partial image file size which is uploaded while creating campaign should not exceed this size. |
Video File Max Size(in KB) | The video file size which is uploaded while creating campaign should not exceed this size. |
FullScreen Image Max Size(in KB) | If system can't access google ID on the user's device it generates its own ID (IU ID or DR ID). |
S3 Ad Url | URL address to be used as assets repository for your campaigns |
Notification Image Max Size(in KB) | Image size uploaded while creating campaign should not exceed this size. |
Gif Image Max Size(in KB) | The gif image size which is uploaded while creating campaign should not exceed this size. |

Max Accelerated Time Duration(in ms) | Within this time rage we will check if user has WIFI every 15min. After this time range the frequency will change to one hour (to save battery) - only for Virtual Preload Campaigns |
Apk File Max Size(in KB) | The apk size which we upload to the Virtual Preload campaign should not exceed this size. |
Channel | Insert here in which retail channel the devices with your Virtual Preload campaigns are being sold |
Slots | max number of slots for Virtual Preload apps (default = 6) can be edited |

Email Distribution | List of emails to send reports. These emails will receive every campaign shot on the platform by default |

Delivery Window | |
Enable custom delivery window | By turning this option On, you can define on which time users will start and stop receiving your campaigns. You can do this by defining the time range to the right of this option. Users will not receive any campaigns outside of this time range. This will be valid for any days and for all the campaigns of this organization. This feature is useful if you want to implement a safety measure to ensure that all of your campaigns will comply to any regulators policy or respect "do-not-disturb" periods such as late in the evening or early morning. |
