Virtual Preload Profile

This view will only be available to users with DR Admin role, in it, you will be able to build the profile of the campaigns that were created and approved in advance.

To publish previously approved campaigns, it is important to take into account the following points:

  1. Only devices that have active status in App Management will be displayed.
  2. The applications that will be shown enabled to publish correspond to the apps that were selected in the campaign and will only be enabled for the devices included in the campaign.
  3. The number of slots must be previously configured in the organization's settings.

Step by step to Publish a Virtual Preload campaign

To publish a virtual preload campaign all you need to do is:

Check Details Campaign

The information of the approved campaigns will be displayed in the "Pending Campaign" bar located at the top of the screen, which will show all the "Active App Campaigns without allocation" which refer to the apps that need to be allocated in the available slots for the devices included in the campaigns.

When clicked, the campaign name and details of the devices on which the app should be located, will be displayed.

Configure Preload Profile

At the bottom of the screen you can make the settings for selecting the devices on which the apps will be published. The following must be taken into account when configuring the settings:

  1. Only apps available for devices that are in active campaigns, will be displayed.
  2. In case the campaign includes all the devices of a make, the configuration can be made in the slot corresponding to the make.

  1. If the campaign is configured for a specific model, the user must search for the specific model and place the app in the slot corresponding to that device.

  1. Once the app has been placed in the corresponding slot, it will no longer be shown in the "Pending Campaigns" bar.
