Simple steps to download a Campaign Analytics Report

  • Go to the “Analytics” subsection, located within the “Campaigns” menu.
  • Now, you have various options to select the desired campaigns:
    • Using the calendar icon, you can select specific date ranges.
    • In the table, you can see all the campaigns inside that date range period
    • You have a search bar, that you can type the name of the campaigns you want and press enter to search.
    • Click on "Export" button and then on "Download Report"
    • You can also select specific campaigns, interacting with the table.
    • Please notice that this table have pages. In the bottom of the table you can see the total amount of campaigns and how much is being displayed by page. Your selections are made page by page. So if you select campaigns only on the first page, these are the only ones that you are going to get.
    • You can change the amount of rows per page too, for quicker selection.

Campaign Metrics available in the Campaign Analytics Report

Targeted: The total number of devices targeted in the campaign. This is defined by the Campaign Creator.

Reached: The total number of devices that have successfully received the campaign’s push.

Impressions: The total number of notifications displayed to the user.

Notification Clicks: The total number of clicks in the push notification.

Notification Dismissed: The total number of push notifications that got dismissed by the user.

Notifications Expired: The total number of push notifications that got expired.

In-App Displayed: Total number of In-App content that was displayed to the user.

In-App CTA Click: Total number of clicks in In-App content shown.

In-App Closed: Total number of In-App content that got closed by the user.

Note: The "In-App" metrics are valid only for campaigns that contain In-App content.


The "Cumulative-Results" tab

How can I get this? When you download at least two campaigns in the same Report, the downloaded spreadsheet will contain a "Cumulative-Results" tab.

What is the use for this? In this tab you have every day for every campaign. This allow the user to do their own analysis with the daily metrics breakdown available there.
