Campaign Management

The "Campaign Management" view displays the campaigns that have been created within a user-determined time period. It provides important information about each campaign, including the campaign name, campaign status, target audience, the number of delivered and undelivered messages, and the campaign duration

  • Id: Unique identifier number for all campaigns
  • Campaign Status: The status indicates the current state of the campaign, such as "Active," "Paused," or "Completed." It provides an overview of whether the campaign is ongoing, temporarily halted, or finished.
  • Target Audience: This section specifies the intended recipients or target audience for the campaign.
  • Delivered and Undelivered Count: These metrics provide the number of messages or notifications that have been successfully delivered to users (Delivered Count) and the number of messages that were not delivered or encountered errors (Undelivered Count). It helps track the reach and success rate of the campaign.
  • Campaign Duration: This indicates the length of time the campaign has been running or is scheduled to run. It gives an overview of the campaign's timeline and helps users assess its effectiveness within a specific time frame.
  • Recurrencie count: Total recurrences applied to that campaign. This information is updated in real time according to the current recurrence in which the campaign is being sent. For non-recurring campaigns, the number will always be 1
  • MSISDN: how many phones have the campaign target
  • CTR: What is the percentage of clicks on ok for the campaign

Additionally, you can export the desired information from this view and define which columns you want to include in the export.

The export feature allows you to extract the data from the "Campaign Management" view and save it in a format that suits your needs, such as a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file or Excel spreadsheet. This way, you can manipulate and analyze the data further, generate reports, or share it with stakeholders.

When exporting the data, you have the flexibility to select specific columns to include in the export. This means you can choose the relevant information that aligns with your reporting or analysis requirements.

Create campaign

At the top of the screen, you will find a button to create a new campaign.

Located prominently in the campaign management view, the "Create Campaign" button allows you to initiate the process of creating a new campaign. By clicking on this button, you will be directed to the campaign creation interface.
