Campaign Creation

In the campaign creation view, you have the ability to create SIM APP PUSH campaigns with different objectives. This view consists of 5 steps that need to be completed for a successful campaign.

Step 1: Configuration

In this step, you can define the start and end date and time of the campaign.

Here you can also create recurring campaigns and check the amount of suggested target for your campaigns.

Sugested Target

This suggestion is based on the selected shipping time. The longer the time, the greater the target that can be selected with chances of the campaign not presenting any errors.

In addition to this check on this screen, when checking the devices (step 5), a message is displayed if the selected target is too large for the defined campaign time. It is worth noting that the error message does not prevent the campaign from being sent

Step 2: Personalization

In this step, you can define the type of campaign and choose whether you want to update the message and send it to a user base, or update only the URL, among other types of customization options.

You can choose the type of campaign you want to send according to its category. You can select for example:

Send a basic Push

  • Send Push 1:1 a different text and URL per user
