Campaign Exception Request

It is possible via the DR1 portal to define which day of the week and time our organization has permission to send campaigns. This setting is available for DR Admin

Campaign Exception to Delivery Window offers the possibility for the Campaign Creator to send an exception request to the Client Admin asking him to, in a specific campaign, send a comunication outside the established delivery settings

How to Submit and Approve an Exception Request

During campaign creation, when defining the time and day for sending the campaign, if one of them is outside the defined limits, the exception request button will be available

By clicking on this notification, the campaign creator will be able to send an exception request to Client Admin containing a justification

Finally, it is only necessary to confirm the sending of the exception request on the campaign list page

Approving or Rejecting the Exception Request

After the exception request is sent by the Campaign Creator, the Client Admin will receive a notification receiving this exception request. After going through the entire conference campaign creation flow, he will be able to check in detail when the exception request happened.

Upon receipt, he will be able to:

  1. Deny the request. This will keep the campaign in draft status and the Creator will not be able to finalize the campaign with the selected day and hour. In this selection the Client Admin will be able to put a justification for its rejection
  2. Accept the request. The campaign creator will be notified and will be able to proceed with the creation flow, sending them to the Approver normally
